Responsibilities:

Provision of SNF to the beneficiaries.
Maintain record of SNF distributed among beneficiaries.
Recounting of empty sachets when Beneficiaries return for follow up.
Responsible to maintain Reporting Tools and Ensure Follow Ups.
Coordination with social mobilization team for day to day activities in Project Cycle.
Conduction of Supply capacity assessment on need basis.
Generating request for (Ware House).
Coordination with Social Mobilization team for the follow Up of Beneficiaries
Participate in the training/ orientation sessions.
Share beneficiaries follow up status with District Manager in routine.
Any other task assigned by district Manager.
