• Greet individuals entering office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages or scheduling appointments within and outside the organization.

• Deal and respond to queries of visitors, callers & clients

• Prepare, receive, sort, distribute, & dispatch courier deliveries

• Supervise housekeeping staff and make sure that office premises are kept clean

• Any other task assigned by competent authority
