Must Love to do:
• Greet individuals entering office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments within and outside the establishments
• Deal with queries from visitors, callers & clients
• Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
• Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• Responsible for manual attendance for the whole staff
• Supervise housekeeping staff and make sure that office premises is kept clean
• Any other task assigned by competent authority
