We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to become a vital part of our innovative development team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications utilizing the MERN stack. Create reusable components and front-end libraries to streamline future development efforts. Design and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. Integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development to continuously enhance product quality.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full-Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks such as React.js and Node.js is required. Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience working with the MERN stack or in a full-stack development role is expected. Practical knowledge of Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful API integration is necessary. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub is important. Understanding responsive design principles and ensuring cross-browser compatibility is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Next.js or TypeScript is considered an advantage. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Firebase will be beneficial. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
