Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Implement server-side logic, design efficient database schemas, and integrate APIs seamlessly. Utilize Next.js to enable server-side rendering and optimize frontend performance. Build scalable and maintainable backend services using Nest.js and TypeScript. Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features that meet business requirements. Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and performant across devices. Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning to maintain code quality and project momentum.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or MERN Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB is essential. Hands-on experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering, routing, and performance optimization, is required. Practical knowledge of Nest.js and TypeScript is important for backend development. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth, and third-party integrations is necessary. A good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows is expected. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
