We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications that are efficient, scalable, and secure. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary range.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed. Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Participate actively in code reviews, debugging sessions, and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Experience working with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control workflows. Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with cloud platform deployments such as AWS, Azure, Vercel, or Netlify is advantageous. Familiarity with Next.js or TypeScript is a plus. Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture is desirable. Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments is preferred.
