You will be responsible to:
- visit patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction and facilitate resolution of patient related issues and complaints
- meet regularly with Manager for discussion and information update
- maintain strong liaison with all departments and their heads
- effectively coordinate with all support services and work closely with the Head to ensure patient satisfaction and maintain appropriate service standards at all levels
- maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
