Metanativ is seeking a Social Media Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating social media content, monitoring social media trends and engagement, and supporting the team with various other tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and engagement to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Work closely with creative and account teams to develop and execute social media campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and impactful social media content.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Support the team with various administrative and project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 6 months -1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
Timings: 9 pm - 5 am (Night Shift)
