Job Overview:
We are an international chain of salons and are looking for a talented and experienced Female Salon Manager to oversee our salon operations in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the salon, supervising salon staff, and ensuring that our customers have a pleasant and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the salon operations, including customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
- Hire, train, and supervise salon staff, including stylists, assistants, and receptionists.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon and increase customer traffic.
- Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, and take corrective action as needed.
- Maintain inventory of salon supplies, products, and equipment, and order new supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Manage payroll and scheduling for salon staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in salon management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with salon services and products.
