Candidate should fulfil the following stated requirements.
- Good Typing speed and Advanced MS Office, specifically Excel and Word are essential for the role.
- Graduated from top universities.
- Minimum three to five years of same designation or related job experience.
- Should possess excellent verbal, written and negotiating skills, be highly organized, and have strong analytical, financial and interpersonal skills.
- Good in calculation and know to calculate price for different customers based on their pricing contracts.
- Responsible for calculating billable items, generating and processing 70 to 100 invoices daily, along with attachment of supporting documents (Proof of Delivery) in software.
- Should be sound enough to complete his assigned task with accuracy within the deadlines.
- Enter and submit invoices into online softwares timely on daily basis.
- Reconcile billing inconsistencies or issues as necessary in order to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. Enter any change orders into system and process credit memos.
- Participate in finance and operations team meetings to ensure streamlined workflow and enhancement of operational processes.
- Ensure to work on special projects as needed.
- He must be a team player.
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
- This position requires a combination of skills, experience and education.
