Job Description
- Generating orders on our portal that are placed by our clients
- Receiving invoices on ERP systems to ensure the invoicing process is accurate.
- Creating estimates for all clients for generating revenue
- Ensure correct invoicing and pricing to clients
- Rechecking of Daily invoicing/Data Entry.
- Verifying and updating the orders’ info on a daily basis to ensure accuracy
- Following the process flow to ensure that every dept. gets what it needs
- Assigning orders to the respective teams on the basis of their client handling
- Corresponding with the clients directly and addressing their queries
- Generating customized reports for clients according to their specific requirements
- Corresponding with the CSRs to address internal issues via email.
