- Sound knowledge and hand on experience on Active Directory and its related services, DNS, DHCP
- Hand on experience on Datacenter virtualization technologies like VMware Esxi 6.0 deployment, management, and up-gradation.
- Strong knowledge of print and file server in windows environment.
- Good understanding of Raid and backup solutions (Symantec, Veeam).
- To manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues
- Able to handle and resolve hardware related issues in office premises i.e.; printer, pc, servers, VoIP etc.
- Setup and maintenance of NT/ domain user accounts, permissions assignments through group policy
- Resolves, and responds to questions received via telephone, emails
- Knowledge of Allworx VoIP phones configuration, its firmware up-gradation and related troubleshooting issues.
- Dealing with networks related issues like proxy and port error
- Hands on experience in windows environment (Windows 7,8,10, server 2008,2012,2016)
- Responsible for CCTV cameras troubleshooting
- Assist in the development of system documentation
- Uses technical expertise to provide accurate solutions to users in a timely manner
- Recommends systems modifications and up-gradation to reduce client issues
- Accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines
- Special projects as assigned by supervisor and management
