Mexa Global is looking for Truck Dispatchers who should have a good experience in the trucking industry and should be able enough to lead a dispatch team. We are a BPO outbound campaign, we are providing the responsible dispatching services to the USA carriers.
Responsibilities
- Contacting drivers and scheduling shipment deliveries and pickups.
- Communicating with customers and making note of any shipment handling requests.
- Determining and letting the customers know all the freight details.
- Ensuring that the deliveries and pickups are done as per the allocated timeline.
- Making a note of any route change requests.
- Generating and verifying freight bills and invoices.
- Checking the Truck Drivers' compliance with the transportation rules and regulations.
- Maintaining and updating drivers logs.
- Addressing customer shipment queries and complaints.
- Scheduling and monitoring truck repairs and maintenance.
- Negotiating freight charges with vendors and customers.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Truck Dispatcher.
- Familiarity with transport management and logistics software.
- Complete knowledge of the transportation regulations and requirement.
- Must have fluency in the English language.
