Mexa Global is looking for Truck Dispatchers who should have a good experience in the trucking industry and should be able enough to lead a dispatch team. We are a BPO outbound campaign, we are providing the responsible dispatching services to the USA carriers.
Duties can be as follows:
- Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered.
- Providing shipping details to customers.
- Documenting all calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries.
- Completing paperwork related to shipments such as invoices.
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
- Checking the Truck Driver’s compliance with the transportation rules and regulations
- Negotiating rates and delivery time lines.
Required Skills:
- Previous Dispatch experience is preferred (0 to 6 months)
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must be able to work at night shift.
