  • To deal with Vendors for Timely Receiving of Goods.
  • To make the most cost effective Purchases processes for the Company.
  • To Present Periodic Reports / Presentations.
  • To Organize the Departmental Team in an Effective & Result Oriented Manner.
  • To Prepare Required Departmental Working Flow Charts and Responsibilities.
  • To timely respond the queries from Top Management.
  • To Prepare the Analytical / Graphical Presentations.
  • To make sure the Timely & Effective Documentation Flow.
  • To Sort out the Daily Departmental Problems with Technical Experience and vision.
  • Supplier’s Management.

Requirements

  • 04-07 Years Experience is required in Organizing & Managing the Procurement & Inventory Control Activities in an Engineering Industry (Preferable Auto Parts)
  • Must possess very good interpersonal & Correspondence Skills
  • Should posses Excellent Working Skills on any ERP (Preferably SAP)
  • Good knowledge & Experience of MS Office
  • Analytical Skills: Need to work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company, and have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
  • Decision-Making Skills: need to use the information gathered and the purchasing agents to make decisions on behalf of the company.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills will be needed to analyze prices and get the best Quotes deals possible.
  • Negotiating Skills: Procurement managers will be working with suppliers to create the best deals. Negotiating skills will help create those deals.
  • Accountable for supplier performance management, spend and contract analysis, industry and supplier research, financial analysis.
