- To prepare, update and maintain the Order Sheet in Excel.
- To Coordinate with Factory for getting updated information of Goods Delivery.
- To maintain Files and Folders with updated documents.
- To prepare the Reports and analytical presentations as required.
- Prepare production notice after receiving the new order with complaint History
- Responsible to check all emails and forward to concerned departments.
- Update Costing File, Supply Status, price Feasibility and prepare all documents on SAP
Requirements:
- Expertise are required in MS Office (WORD / EXCEL), ERP / SAP Knowledge will be preferred.
- Sound command in using Official research work on Internet.
- Must possess very good interpersonal & Correspondence Skills.
- Good of handling & Filing of documentation.
Education: B.COM / BBA / MBA
