Mian Group of Chakwal is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to support our strategic financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for full P&L and key functional areas: Sales, COGS, Marketing, R&D, headcount, OPEX and inventory.
• Report development and design including the setup of processes, dashboards, and KPIs
• Prepare forms and reports required for the annual budget preparation process.
• Develop appropriate mechanisms and procedures to create and update the association’s unified estimated budget, ensuring it adapts to changes efficiently and effectively.
• Review plans and programs sanctioned by administrative units and field offices, assess resource needs, prioritize costs, and incorporate them into the annual budget.
• Create a preliminary annual budget proposal, incorporating requirements and needs of various administrative units and external offices, adhering to regulations and policies, and overseeing its approval stages.
• Generate sub-budgets for administrative units at the association’s headquarters, approve and distribute them, coordinate with external office affairs department, audit, approve, and distribute them after headquarters' office management review.
• Collaborate with executive departments to estimate budgets for seasonal campaigns, approve and distribute them, monitor actual spending, and report findings to the Committee Chairman.
• Scrutinize disbursement operations, validate disbursements against approved budget items, ensure compliance, and electronically approve them within established disbursement systems procedures.
• Execute procedures for transfers between budget items and budget additions as per prescribed instructions and specialty appropriations.
• Supervise estimated budget of administrative units and external offices, establish control mechanisms before disbursement.
• Coordinate with the Budget Committee to assess and address the association’s emergency needs effectively.
• Prepare and submit monthly and periodic reports, comparing actual expenses and revenues with the estimated budget to the relevant authority.
• Liaise with field office management to receive, audit, and submit requests for transfers and additional budgets for approval.
• Ensure compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, and systems for all administrative transactions under supervision.
• Undertake tasks assigned by the Management within the specialized field.
Qualifications & Criteria:
Must be CA Qualified.
Experience: Minimum of 03-05 years of relevant experience in the field. Fresh Candidates are also encouraged to apply.
