MHS Dev is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with at least five years of experience to lead and oversee ongoing projects within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of five individuals, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills paired with technical knowledge relevant to the projects. The Project Manager will coordinate resources, foster collaboration among team members, and maintain clear and effective communication channels between stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently. The Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and quality standards. This position demands the ability to anticipate project risks, problem-solve effectively, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment for the team. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills to guide the team towards successful project delivery while aligning with MHS Devs strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of five professionals to successfully deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that detail phases, milestones, resource allocation, and schedules.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members based on their skills, experience, and availability.
  • Monitor the progress of projects, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate cooperation and support.
  • Negotiate contracts, schedules, and deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Organize regular team meetings to review project progress, discuss challenges, and encourage collaboration.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to provide guidance and resolve complex project issues or technical challenges.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored properly for future reference.
  • Promote continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned in future initiatives.
  • Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
