Fill up forms and essential documents on behalf of the applicant

  •  Prepare GTE/SOP of the applicant
  •  Handle all communications with the education providers professionally
  •  Maintain records both hard copy and soft copy.
  •  Update CRM regularly for all tasks performed
  •  Ensure timely payment collection from the applicant.
  •  Provide professional and timely communication and response to inquiries using email, phone, and mail.
  •  Provide systematic and dependable follow-up of issues and tasks and ensure they are handled in a timely fashion.
  •  Coordinate and maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date information such as records, systems, and processes.
  •  Support the Executive Office Manager in admissions and follow-up payments from students.
  •  Report to Executive Office Manager for any crucial information or take input for any vital decision making.
  •  Key Duties are highlighted but not limited to the above mentioned, additional tasks may be required depending upon the case scenario and support required by Manager Admissions About
