We are looking for an efficient and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team and support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring daily cleaning of all the areas of the foundation and Office area by checking cleanliness on daily basis through check lists and take immediate actions where required.
  • Make sure that all administrative check lists of cleanliness fixed are timely filled by concerned staff and checked / signed by him.
  • Perform regular maintenance of generators, solar system, furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, and building etc.
  • Handle solar system operation  and maintenance, timely repairs, batteries replacements and manage records (machinery repair and maintenance log book).
  • Prepare requisitions for all office stationery, kitchen, toiletries, mechanical and electrical spares and general items on monthly basis after getting the requisition slips from all office staff and ensure purchases before starting of month.
  • keep control of stocks issuance for office stationery, kitchen, toiletries and General items and ensure the measures to stop wastage of these commodities.
  • Make sure to keep record of all company gadgets like laptop, mobile etc. and make sure to resolve repair queries of these, through company specified vendors.
  • Making all documentation for , Gate in out Records, Time Office management,security registers, other Gate Control.
  • Dealing Social Security, EOBI, Labor, Police related matters.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and function of various departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Excellent grip on Microsoft  word, excel, power point , ERP systems etc .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
