1. The key responsibility is to coordinate with all projects technical staff team regarding material arrangements.
2. Playing bridge role between store & projects.
3. Taking material request from sites, arranging them timely and ensure the delivery on sites for smooth working.
4. Ensure the material availability through store and also at purchase end
5. Keeping all the team members in loop to keep inform and for better results.
6. Regularly track and update the work progress, quality of work performed by technical team.
7. Preparation of daily work reports and share with immediate manager.
8. Managing all the documents of relating to projects.
9. Design and managing teams for projects, team segregation according to project need and nature and also depute them.
10. Maintain all records (documents) of projects and keep updating on regular basis for any further upcoming event.
11. Monitor all projects and their work progress, communicating and resolving their issues for smooth working.
