Property Sales Executive

MIAN ESTATE - Bahria Town Karachi is looking for commission-based Property Sales Executives who are good in sales in real estate sector. We at Mian Estate have a team of motivated real estate professionals, being part of such team ensures a future full of financial freedom and career growth.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience: Graduates in business studies are preferred but if you are self-taught and confident to complete your job better than others, we can negotiate on that. Real Estate sales depend more on your experience and sales attitude, which is basic requirement for this job.

Meet assigned sales/collection targets: As in any business around you will be provided with sales targets to achieve within given time frame.

Willing to travel within the assigned territory: Real Estate sales often require visiting potential clients for meetings and ensuring sales, you must be able to travel and complete the required task.

Making Great First Impressions: In many cases, you will be the first person a customer, potential customer, or visitor interacts with. Whether you are dealing with a walk-In Customer, replying to emails or answering and returning phone calls, you’ll be responsible for making sure everyone gets the information they need and feel taken care of from the moment they first interact with you.

Answering and returning phone calls from customers: You will be the first point of contact for all prospective clients and customers. Also, when you're not here to answer the phone, you’ll be responsible for returning those calls the next day.

Data Entry and Reporting: Using Online Portals, MS Word, and MS Excel you will be updating the managers with your work progress.
