We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ACCA Certified Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting principles and standards
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to management
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide regular reports
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information and provide support as needed
Participate in audits and liaise with auditors as required
Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards
Mentor and train junior staff on accounting principles and procedures.

Requirements:

ACCA Certification
Master / Bachelor's equivalent to Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
