Indoor Office Job for Both (Male & Female)
Timings: 10:00AM to 9:00PM (6 days a week).
Brief description of the job:
- Uploading Items on Sales website/Social web Pages.
- Keeping sale Website/Social web pages up to date, coordination with social media agency. (Includes WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram replies FAQs, Daraz).
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about the products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Responding back to customer to fulfill their Queries.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
- Someone dedicated, who takes work professionally, is punctual and honest with his work. Gives his 100% and is hard working.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Good communication skills. (English,Urdu)
- Preference shall be given to who possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations.
