Job Description

Micro Credit Operations Manager is responsible to design, evaluate and report on various aspects of product and process. Help in the day-to- day Micro operations Credit support for the branches. Evaluate new areas for expansion. Participate in the branch setup process, handle Micro Credit Operation on various aspects related to process and methodology. To work.

Major Responsibilities

Planning and monitoring branch credit operations,

Ensuring the soundness of credit operations,

Ensure the periodical targets are set for credit operation and are met,

Ensure quality of loan portfolio,

Capacitate and support branches to become efficient and customer oriented,

Capacitate and support branches to improve integration and synergy with Harness Energy programming and other partners,

Coordinate and expedite timely write off, proper documentation and recovery of loan written off,

Facilitate regular operation staff rotation and compulsory annual leaves,

Champion standard process clean up and implementation.

 

Qualification and experience Requirements

MBA/ BBA/BA Degree in Business/ MArketing /Accounting/ Economics),

At least 8 years of relevant working experience, out of which 4 years in middle level management in a combination of the following microenterprise lending organizations, banking institutions, a progressive corporate environment, international business, or economic and business development institutions,

A clear understanding of micro finance industry and technology,

Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team,

Capability of willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity,

Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization ideals and core values,

Be proficient in Microsoft with excel spreadsheet skills. Experience of microfine is preferred,

Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach,

Very good communication (presentation) skills.
