• Responsible for plan, implement and manage the Talent Acquisition.

  • Coordination with different Universities for Talent Hunt Programs / Campus Drive / Recruitment Drive.

  • Create and Manage pool of CVs and shortlisted candidates according to the vacancy requirements.

  • Supervision of staff Personal Files of new Joiners.

  • Payroll Administration, Preparing documents such as non-disclosure agreements, contracts/appointment letters and SOP manuals. Employee database management.

  • Handling Reports and Return in HRIS/ERP.

  • Designing and updating of JDs for different Positions.

  • Generating Experience, resign acceptance, Salary Certificate and Posting and Transfer of employees.

  • Coordination with the line managers for timely completion of Employee Life Cycle Activities.

  • Provide information to current and prospective employees about policies, job duties, working conditions and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

  • Be change management agent and handle respective proceedings under guidance.

  • Resolve Grievances of Employees.

  • Assist in Recruiting and Interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.

  • Assist in Implementation of HR Functions & coordinate with all divisions.

  • Plan for Employee Engagement activities.

  • Manage and maintain medical insurance entries and claims over regular basis.

  • Manage maintain and efficiently process communication budgets and liaison activities with telecommunication providers.

  • Process, record and maintain various equipment and item demands for projects and head office.

  • Maintain, reconcile, coordinate and deploy inventory management over administrative domains.

  • Ensure adherence of timelines for data and miscellaneous reporting from various projects and offices.

  • Keep logs of communications inside and outside of the department / projects.

  • Oversee / maintain EOBI / SS data and entries on monthly basis and maintain communications with EOBI.

  • Ensure completion of all required documentation.


 
Essential skills

  • Innovative problem solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.

  • Excellent technology skills for Microsoft office suite and understanding of ERP Modules.

  • A Strong sense of urgency and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.

  • Excellent Event Management Skills.


 
Qualification and experience

  • Bachelors/Masters (16 Years Education) in HRM with a Certification in relevant field will be preferred.

  • Demonstrated Experience in similar jobs and responsibilities for over 5 years.
