Business Development Officer - Lead Generation (ERP)

Our product XpertERP is a well-known product in the market where we want to expand sales in different regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Initiate, drive and manage social media marketing campaigns
Enhance and maintain a powerful brand image
Work to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications over digital and other media.
Market Research to shape brand standards and pin ideas to ensure that the solution is brand appropriate.
Work to increase the engagement rate, response rate and other analytics.
Identify new business & sales opportunities for building customer base or enhancing sales base
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings actively
Planning and preparing presentations/marketing material, SLAs, Contracts etc.
Communicating new developments to prospective clients
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Writing social media marketing content and engaging social media
Utilize the marketing campaign material to generate new business
Manage the CRM system, ensuring all relevant customer information is accurately entered onto the system;
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets

Experience & Qualification:

Have a proven track record selling software/ERP as a service;
Have proof of meeting/exceeding sales targets & working to deadlines;
Have drive & a will to succeed;
Have knowledge of SEO and SEM
Have tremendous communication skills;
Have the ability to negotiate & close high contract value deals;
Have a good understanding of technology;

Note: This is an incentive-based job where incentives are based on lead maturity.
