We are looking for a Microsoft Excel expert.

  • The candidate should have experience with VBA, pivot tables, and workbooks.

Responsibilities:

  •  Use and customize Microsoft Excel to complete projects and meet deadlines.
  •  Keep up with daily tasks and assign work to subordinates while maintaining a positive attitude.
  •  Communicate effectively with managers on technical issues.
  • We are looking for candidates that have experience with pivot tables, VBA, and optimization of data to meet the requirements below.

What we expect:

  •  Pivot tables and visually inspect, analyze, and report sales and manufacturing data across multiple dimensions. For example: if you have sales by region, product line, staff member, and month; we need a pivot table that shows us all those things for every year in the past.
  •  VBA programming skills to write macros to automate processes and save time. For example: if you need to format a column of data in a specific way every day, we can write a macro to do that for you.
  •  Expertise in Microsoft Excel including the use of advanced formulas, lookup tables, and charts.
