Job Description
Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:
- Have excellent know-how regarding the procedures of Clearing Goods through Customs
- Travelling to Potential clients to Resolve Post-Order Issues, Relating to Goods Clearance.
- Have excellent Grip over Inco-terms and Shipping terms.
- Liaise and negotiate with key players such as suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and customers
- Track quality, quantity, stock, transport costs, delivery timelines, and productivity
- Coordinate skills to oversee warehouse, catalog goods, and shipments
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Calculating client quotations from Multiple Freight Forwarders.
- Negotiating contract terms with Freight Forwarders
- Negotiating and closing deals by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services
- Excellent Recording Keeping and maintaining client contact data
- Co-coordinating and assisting in sales projects
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Solving client/ Sales Team problems regarding Logistics and Post Order requirements regarding shipping, L/C Amendments
- Keep proper documentation of all communications digitally and physically , as per the designed workflow in the office.
- Preparing Commercial and Sales Invoices/Delivery challan through in house ERP software.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Analyze data and consider performance modifications and implement improvements
- Comply with all regulations, laws, policies.
