Manager Account and HR / Experienced Accountant
We are Hiring an experienced guy to manage completely our Accounts, finance and HR related matters.
The Candidate must be qualified with some suitable experience in some reputable organization on same job resposibilities or equalent position.
The Candidate must have hand on experience to operate Accounts and HR related Softwares.
Following will be the job responsibilities for the selected candidate:
- Complete Management of Accounts and Finance related matters
- To manage Bank Records and Bank Statements
- To manage book keeping of accounts
- Budgeting and Budget Management of the company
- To manage petty cash and petty expenses of the office
- To manage payroll and salaries
- To manage other expenses of the office
- To manage Quotations for Procurement
- To mange Tax related matters
- To cordinate with internal and external auditors fully
- To coordinate with Legal Consultants of the company for legal matters
- Complete managemnet of Human Resource Related Matters:
- To manage recruitement and Hiring Related matters
- To mange CVs and Job Applications
- To conduct interviews, Shortlisting and Hiring of new staff for the company
- Complete Documentation for whole (New and old) staff of the company
- To manage record of employees and ex-employees of the company
- To manage attendence and leave sytem of the employees
- To mange Payroll and allowances of the staff
- To mange other petty matters related to the staff of the company
- To mange the policy and descipline related matters
- To manage Administration related (Petty) matters of the company
