Recruitment Coordinator Duties:
- Job posting by using social media e.g. Rozee, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram & whatsapp.
- Collect CVs & Shortlist according to company policy.
- Conduct proper telephonic Interviews & shortlist for final interviews at office.
- Schedule final interviews at office & provide candidates office location.
- Daily provide candidates list for interviews.
- Your daily target is to schedule (15 – 20) Final Interviews at office.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English & Urdu communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work accurately with attention.
- The ability to achieve daily, weekly or monthly targets.
