A description of the work required for the candidate to do:

The job description for the individual will be to receive calls, take references, set up schedules of appointments, prepare morning meeting, tasks of administrative work including word, excel and more, making calls, organizing bookings and more

We require the following from the candidate:

  • The applicant must have a minimum of intermediate education as training will be given.
  • We expect the individual to work a 6 day week and will have to work a Friday. 
  • The timings will be 9am to 6pm.   
  • The candidate does not need any experience (as training will be given on the job) but will be on a probation period for the duration of the training period.
  • Computer skills are necessary as the basic skills to use the computer will be required.
