Job Description

We looking for a passionate Human Resource Executive to join our team! We are looking for candidates who are actually seeking for an opportunity to grow with us.

  • The candidate must have at least one year of experience and has the ability to manage the complete HR operations.


  • Manage the entire recruitment process i.e. posting jobs, short-listing, making calls, scheduling interviews
  • Develop a professional onboarding process
  • Maintain employees attendance and manage the biometric system
  • Maintenance of leave records, timesheets and applications of staff members
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Maintenance of HR Records and employee’s files according to best practices
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage administrative / support staff to achieve maximum output
