- Maintenance of leave records, timesheets and applications of staff members
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Maintenance of HR Records and employee’s files according to best practices
- Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage administrative / support staff to achieve maximum output
