Job Description
- Deal directly with customers / Tasker either by telephone, Skype or through CRM
- Respond promptly to customer / Tasker inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customers / Taskers complaints.
- Evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
- Perform Taskers On boarding process by conducting Background check, verification of submitted documents, skype interview and provide help for onboarding process.
- Direct contact with Tasker through telephone, chat and email by provided leads by operations team.
- Create ideas to participate in social media campaign for Customers and Taskers.
- Maintain social media accounts for the promotions of the company.
- Look after Admin panel to check day to day activities
- Communicate and coordinate with other team members and management.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Lead and manage staff of 5 team members by delegating tasks and getting feedback on daily basis and report to the management.
- Should be excellent in verbal and written communication.
