  • Assist in preparation of budget
  • Knowledge of tax deductions
  • Establish and Maintain cash controls
  • Establish, maintain & reconcile general ledger
  • Monitor cash reserves
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Establish and maintain suppliers accounts
  • Processes supplier invoices
  • Maintain the purchase order system
  • Ensure data is entered in system
  • Issue cheque for accounts due
  • Establish and maintain record of transactions
  • Maintain Finance files
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet
  • Coordination with bank
