The Front Desk / Admin Officer shall be expected to:
• be the first point of contact for all clients;
• handle incoming communications, primarily all phone calls;
• set up appointments for clients;
• manage appointments, including rescheduling appointments, deleting appointments, creating appointments over the phone, etc.;
• create and manage all clients' profiles;
• guide clients regarding the services offered at the centre, the experts at the centre, the centre's details (e.g. timings, location, website, etc.), option to meet, etc.;
• carry out basic filing if/when need be;
• help with registrations and setting up for any seminar/workshop/etc.;
• assist in supervising the general day-to-day work.
