- Must have a bachelor`s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. (A degree in civil engineering will be preferred)
- Candidate must have sound knowledge/experience to read and understand drawings of architecture, plumbing (Drainage, water supply and drawing), electrical and ascertain the implementation as per the plan.
- Control labor/all civil work.Check/maintain quality of construction material.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of construction material.
- Sound knowledge of crush, cement, steel bar grade, bending schedules
