The technical support officer will be responsible to resolve company specific software related issues at the client site.

The technician must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, and work well in a tight-knit group.

Job Requirements:

  •  Minimum 2+ years Onsite Support experience for software and deployed solutions
  •  Strong understanding of Linux/Windows Environments
  •  Working knowledge of web technologies & Frameworks like JQuery, Angular, bootstrap, .Net MVC
  •  Good IP networking knowledge - TCP/UDP Protocol, Network segments, IP packets, Routing etc.
  •  Excellent troubleshooting skills
  •  Actively work with engineering groups and teams
  •  Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. 
  •  Deploy/Install software and configurations
  •  Should have his own transport (Company provided fuel)
  •  Should be able to communicate efficiently and confidently
  •  Expected to remain professional and courteous while in contact with clients
  •  Must be able to deal with the occasional high-stress situation in a calm manner.
