Position Details:
We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated Web Designer/Developer to join our team. This person will be the lead on all things related to UI/UX development including Web. They need to be obsessed with tech, constantly improving, jumps on bugs, a good communicator, and focused on team grinding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience at Web designing and development.
- Strong visual design skills with an interesting portfolio of work.
- Experience creating storyboards, concepting and improving user process flows, as well as other design artifacts.
- Experience in visual design tools such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator is a plus.
- Ability to present your designs and solutions to various stakeholders in a compelling way.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
