We are an award-winning U.S based multi-national Construction and Engineering firm looking for a Receptionist/ Front Desk Officer to assist our US based office to answer phone calls and take messages. The candidate will be answering phone calls of foreigners and shall be fluent in English. The Candidate will work from our Lahore office. The working hours will be 5:00pm to 2:00am (Mon-Fri). Company will provide home Drop-off service from officeto all female employees for this position.
· Candidate MUST be fluent in ENGLISH
· Bachelor’s in Business or communication a plus
· Minimum years of Experience: 0 to 5 years
· Take calls from potential Vendors, clients and company’s other offices
· Ensure cleanliness off entire office
· Accommodate visitors, job candidates and Clients.
· Get rooms ready for interviews or conferences.
· Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail.
· Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities.
· Maintain inventory of office stationery and help with procurement
· Assist with administrative tasks and provide administrative support as needed
Manage the recruitment process, screen CV's, arrange and conduct interviews as required.Salary: 30k-60k
