Mint Labs is looking for a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as an Ecommerce Business Manager. This job is responsible for running our client’s day to day operations of Amazon.com and Shopify businesses. Responsibilities include monitoring, tracking, insights and managing a wide range of e-commerce and digital marketing activities including:

Responsibilities

→ Daily audit of e-commerce platforms and standardization of listings across all platforms.

  • Monitor & Track Reviews – by Product & Seller Rating (read every review, respond where appropriate)
  • Create tracking report for reviews
  • Request removal of reviews related to issues that Amazon is responsible for
  • Check inventory daily and report at threshold levels
  • Monitor and respond to cases
  • Monitor BSR - category rankings via Helium10
  • Monitor competitors and changes in rankings and prices
  • Manage content of Amazon listings, including images, descriptions, and categories
  • Manage follow up customer emails and customer service
  • Troubleshoot issues with listings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop and manage the execution of traffic driving strategies to our brand pages and detail pages
  • Identify trends and brands and make recommendations

→ Inventory Management & Forecasting

  • Provide monthly inventory and sales reports by platform and combined
  • Prepare monthly inventory forecast & purchase order recommendations
  • Manage channel inventory shipments

→ Develop, monitor, and analyze sales forecasts and related data

→ Develop and execute promotional plans and report on overall performance

  • Manage giveaways through Social Media and Email Marketing
  • Assist in the set-up competitions via GLEAM
  • Provide analytics & insights on each campaign in conjunction with social media consultant

→ Oversee the set up of new products and communication of product performance

→ Perform competitive analysis of the marketplace landscape as is regards to assortment, of product, pricing, and consumer trends merchandising, and other factors. Create long-term account strategies, including analysis

→ Perform product research for new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Project Management Experience
  • Critical Thinker who can devise strategies and execute them across multiple platforms
  • Extensive Knowledge and experience in e-commerce sales, marketing, & marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, CPC, CPA campaigns PLA/AdWords, Social Media, content marketing
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be data-driven and analytical in approach to the business with an ability to build and analyze reports is critical. Comfortable analyzing LOTS of data
  • Possess the ability to learn the company and our tools quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, finance, computer science or equivalent
  • Amazon.com seller seller central experience
  • Ability to think big picture AND execute in the weeds. In many ways you will be a one-person show, there’s no junior associate pulling sales reports for you.
