MintBrains (Private) Limited, a fast growing digital agency and a technology house, is looking for Sr. SEO Executive, to manage our ongoing SEO campaigns. Includes both on-page and off-page optimization and keyword research. Candidate will lead our web marketing and analytics activities with content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy for the improvement of organic search ranking and organic search traffic.
- Prioritize keywords to attract target audience.
- Monitor and analyze key SEO statistics such as various types of traffic, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, conversion etc.
- Build systems and best practices to optimize various types of content for SEO.
- Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and changes in order to iterate strategy accordingly.
- Create reports on weekly or monthly basis for on-going campaign, progress, activities and upcoming strategy.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years' experience as Team Lead SEO or similar role
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Familiarity with relevant tools and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, Webmaster)
