- Issuance of Proforma Invoice/sales contract after order confirmation from buyers/agents
- Responsible for uploading E-Form on WEBOC and following up with bank for E-Form approval
- Liaison with clearing agent for vessel booking, issuance of BL, shipment execution, vessel detail, free detention days, demurrages
- Liaison with transporter for container release
- Issuance of marine insurance policy after draft confirmation
- Liaison with inspection companies for issuance of quality and weight certificate after draft confirmation
- Preparing bank documents after shipment according to LC/DA/CAD terms and requirements and clear any discrepancies if raised
- Coordinate with bank regarding discrepancies, acceptance negotiation of documents, payment and advices
- Follow up for foreign LC amendment and scrutiny thereof
- Preparing outstanding document statement based on daily and monthly basis
- Handling Invoices & Vouchers
