Due to our continual growth, we need a Senior System Administrator (Windows/MSP) to join our team who has previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider. We are a well-established Managed Service, Cloud Service and IT consulting firm.
The System Administrator (Windows/MSP) s primarily responsible for troubleshooting and resolving tickets in ConnectWise and working on infrastructure improvement projects. Technologies that the System Administrator (Windows/MSP) should be comfortable with include: Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Backups, Storage, Networking, and Server Room Operations. The System Administrator (Windows/MSP) will be provisioning, configuring, and patching servers, and provisioning network gear.

Overview
This position reports directly to the VP of Infrastructure & Services for Miracle Technologies Inc. located at Corporate Headquarters in New York City, New York. The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. In this role, you will plan, coordinate and implement, independently and in cooperation with department Management.
This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions.
