Responsibilities:
- Advertising on social media and social media groups (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
- Scheduling classes on Zoom Sessions
- Sending Invoices
- Generating business leads
- Handle and resolve client queries
- Train other client service staff
- Develop strategies for improving client services
- Maintain business relationship with a business client
Requirements:
- High-speed internet and work station
- Skills in interacting with candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Update customer databases, including contact details, billing information on Google Spreadsheet
- Meet weekly, monthly and annual goals for reach out to customer on Linked In and Facebook
- Able to have some Photoshop Skills
Working Hours:
- Able to work 8 hours starting from 11 pm (Pakistan standard time)
