This is a generalist role requiring exceptional skills in managing the day-to-day affairs of the HR Function. Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering for Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing functions is a core responsibility of this role.
Experience of working in Multinational, FMCG organisations for 5-7 years, sound knowledge of HR processes, policies and best practices and the ability to solve problems, handle grievances and engage with teams and individuals across functions are important competencies. Indepth knowledge and wide experience of handling Performance Management and T& OD processes is important. HeShe must be having experience in IR.
The role requires frequent travel to sales regions and to the manufacturing site at Renala.
