- To maintain Security apparatus of Factory & Farm through Effectively trained security guards and take measures for Fire safety and Emergency Response when ever required.
- To Ensure Bi-annual Trainings of Security Guards to handle situations like Fire Fighting / Emergency Response and watch & Ward through proper assessment / need based system.
- Effectively inculcate Security Apparatus, in mind of Security Guards, about how to safeguard assets of Company in all respect like Factory/Bungalows / Dairy/ Staff Quarters / Roads / Gas Pipe Line etc. by briefing under focused parameters like · Related Risks · Risk related incidents· Risk assessment · Impact of Incidents
- To ensure all security guards are well trained to document meaningful incidents with logical support of narrations / statements avoiding mere reporting and without focused approach.
- To ensure smooth Patrolling system by deploying capable security guards in defined Area A and Area B to avoid any untoward incidents and security of assets and Establishment even with better arrangements form current protocol.
- To ensure strict scrutiny of Gate Pass IN/OUT, Inward/ Out Ward Gate Pass and focused efforts to reconcile Farm Workshop Gate Pass in / Out to control mobility of Assets / Articles in documented procedure to avoid any theft and loss.
- To ensure fortnightly (After15days) checkup of worker’s Locker checking and share any thing unusual with POM in form of observations / improvements for Management / HOD’s concerned.
- Mandatory Reconciliation of Returnable Gate Pass with HOD’s concerned ensuring meeting in presence of FAM and ALO.
- Mandatory Round in Night twice in a week with Security Supervisor to establish security Writ and observations to be reported for security and operational improvements.
- Effective Control on Duty Roster with best / trained security personnel deployment on various Posts.
- To ensure Discipline & exemplary turnout of Security Guards during duty.
- Effective control of un-authorized / Loitering Visitor in Factory area.
- Co-ordination with Police (15)/ Rescue 1122 / Area Police Station (in case of emergency).
- Contingency based actions for effectively established writ of security in Factory & Farm premises under command.
