An opportunity exists in our regional operations team. The position is based in Karachi. We are looking for a smart, talented, energetic profesional having strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. The ideal candidate should be IT literate and well versed with Microsoft Office.
Training on the ION systems will be given along with any business training needed.
Resposibilities:
- Perform reception duties in general
- Handle courier service and postage
- Assist in maintaining attendance / leave records
- Provide facilities support (Facilities tickets handling)
- Supervise facilities staff
- Assist in day to day office administrative activities
- Coordinate with vendors
- Compile regular reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Management (e.g. HR & recruitment tasks)
