At ML Sense, we are looking for a talented and creative individual to join the Content Development team of our rapidly growing organization.
As a TECHNICAL CONTENT WRITER, you will be creating engaging content for our customer base. From writing for the web to blurbs on social media, you will showcase your skills on a number of platforms, being the voice of ML Sense. You will also be expected to analyze our existing content and to identify areas for improvement. As ML Sense greatly relies on the value of data, you’ll be expected to use trends from credible sources to add value to your work. You will work closely with many remarkable people at ML Sense, part of our data science, engineering, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Review content on ML Sense’s website, suggest changes, and improve the content
- Write technical content about technologies such as Python, GCP, Big Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Data Strategy and Data Governance.
- Research, and write blog posts, articles on topics relevant to the audience.
- Round up news, job opportunities, and other happenings in data science and communicate to the audience
- Repurpose older content into new content.
- Manage the social media channels of ML Sense, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Contribute to marketing and advertising campaigns by improving the quality of the content
- Define metrics of success for products and services and keep track of the progress
Minimum Qualifications
- A Graduate degree in English, Communication, Marketing, or a related field OR a current college student in the second half of the undergraduate program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and proven experience of creating engaging content for end users
- Experience with content creation and management on social media platforms
- Ability to create engaging content for the web
- Knowledge of best practices for SEO and online rankings
- Understanding of data science, python, technology, machine learning, cloud, databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Willingness to work as an individual and in a team as per the need of a project
Nice to Have
- Proven work experience (3 year or more) as a Technical Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role in the IT industry.
- A passion for education in general and data science in particular.
