- Incumbent should have expertise in Project Planning & Scheduling, Project Estimation and Costing, Project Coordination Contracts / Claims Management on roads and buildings projects.
- Dealing the all contractual/claims and site administrative matters with the Engineer / the Employer and the Sub-contractors.
- Preparation of Rate Analyses for additional / varied work items
- Preparation of claim for extension of time for completion of the Works
- Preparation of Prolongation Cost related to the Extension of Time
- Preparation of Acceleration Cost Claim
- Overall control / monitoring the quantity surveying section for submission of monthly interim payment statements and coordination with the Engineer / Employer to expedite the certification
- Meetings with the Engineer / Employer to clarify the submissions pertaining to claims, variations, rate analyses
- Certification of Sub-contractor’s monthly invoices
- Attending the weekly and monthly meetings with the Employer and the Engineer and preparation of Minutes of Meeting
